2. Shipping Methods and Rates

We offer one shipping option due to process times and shipment. Shipping costs are a flat rate no matter where product is shipped to in the United States.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 7-11 business days. 

Note: Delivery times are estimates and are subject to carrier delays. Please allow extra time during peak seasons (e.g., holidays).

3. Domestic Shipping (Within the U.S.)

  • Carriers: We ship using [UPS, FedEx, USPS, or other carriers as applicable].
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
  • Delivery Areas: We currently ship to all U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Some remote areas may require additional shipping time.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for certain shipping methods (e.g., Overnight Shipping, Expedited Shipping). Please use a physical address at checkout.
  • For some items (e.g., hazardous materials, oversized products), shipping may be restricted to specific locations. You will be notified if this affects your order.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order’s progress on the carrier’s website or by visiting the “Track My Order” section on our website.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address information. If you realize there is an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events. Please contact the carrier directly if you experience a delay.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier to open a claim. If the issue is not resolved, contact our customer service team.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package is damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
